Dear customers:

Thank you for your interest in our slow-release foam products. Note that these items were created using a physical foaming process. This unique manufacturing method will naturally produce some secondary features, such as:

-tiny surface bubbles

-Slight change in painting color or slight gradient

-Slight trim marks on the edges

These are not product defects, but are inherent in the nature and technological process of materials, making each work unique. All products are subject to strict quality control to ensure a quality experience.

In addition, due to the characteristics of the material, the surface may be slightly sticky. When removing the inner packaging, we suggest peeling it slowly and carefully to keep the shape of the product.

We beg your understanding. If you want every detail to be absolutely perfect, please consider this before ordering.
